Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Wall Putty Applicator and Jula (Roller) Painter to perform surface preparation, putty application, and painting work at construction or renovation sites. The candidate should be skilled in applying smooth wall finishes using putty and painting surfaces using rollers (Jula) with precision and quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Wall Putty Application: Prepare wall surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and leveling as required. Apply putty coats (1st and 2nd layer) smoothly using appropriate tools. Ensure proper drying time between coats. Identify and correct surface imperfections like cracks or dents. Ensure surface is ready for painting after putty application. 2. Jula (Roller) Painting: Apply paint using rollers on interior and exterior surfaces. Mix and match paint colors and maintain consistency in texture. Follow safety and quality standards while painting. Ensure proper coverage, neat edges, and smooth finish. Apply primer coats where necessary. 3. General Duties: Follow instructions from site supervisor regarding work schedules and tasks. Maintain cleanliness of tools and work area. Assist in transporting and setting up painting equipment and materials. Follow all health and safety protocols at the worksite. Requirements: Proven experience in wall putty application and roller painting (minimum 1–3 years). Knowledge of different types of putty and paints (cement-based, acrylic, etc.). Familiarity with painting tools like rollers, brushes, scrapers, and trowels. Physically fit and able to work in outdoor and indoor environments. Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality finishing. Preferred Skills: Ability to work at heights or on scaffolding if required. Basic understanding of surface preparation techniques. Team player with a strong work ethic. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
