Role Overview: You will be part of the Managed Services team at OpenText, responsible for Application Management, Support, Maintenance, and developing new applications or functionalities based on customer requirements. Your role will involve day-to-day application administration and support, proactive and reactive support, as well as developing fixes for defects in code. Key Responsibilities: - Provide Application Support for Opentext AppWorks (formerly Process Suite) - Perform software maintenance for applications running on top of AppWorks or Process Suite - Demonstrate proficiency and solid understanding of either Linux or Windows operating system - Work on application support and maintenance projects for Opentext AppWorks or Process Suite - Experience working in an ITIL, ISO27001, SOC standards environment is a plus - Proficient in BPM Tools: OpenText Appworks (Cordys), Languages: Core Java, Frameworks: SOAP, WSDL, XML, DBMS Technologies: MS-SQL-2012, My-SQL, Web Technologies: HTML, Angular JS, JavaScript, IDEs: Eclipse Qualifications Required: - Experience of 8+ years - Provide support for applications developed on AppWorks or Process Suite - Work in shifts morning and afternoon (mandatory) and night (optional for P1 incident support) - Develop code fixes on top of AppWorks or Process Suite for application maintenance - Document resolutions for incidents and problems in the ticketing system and knowledge sharing platform - Manage and maintain application and system configurations in a CMDB - Manage and maintain artefacts like design documents and deployment diagrams - Possess good oral and written communication skills for interactions with customer side technical/functional personnel - Familiarity with change management procedures and ability to develop clear and detailed documentation around changes - Identify escalations, impending failures, and alert management effectively on technical topics (Note: No additional details of the company were present in the provided job description),
