Apps Product Solutions Consultant

As a Technical Solutions Engineer at Google, you will play a crucial role in supporting customers globally by delivering quality technical solutions and services. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in customer or partner organizations to ensure the successful delivery of technical solutions. - Assessing and identifying gaps and issues in current products based on user feedback or metrics analysis and effectively communicating them to internal teams. - Contributing to product requirement documents (PRDs) to record product specifications and validating them to meet customer, partner, and internal needs. - Assisting in scaling existing solutions and creating repeatable ones, such as best practices recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, and sample code, while ensuring effective documentation. - Collaborating with internal or external developers, users, partners, clients, and stakeholders to write solution code as needed. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 3 years of experience in system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python, etc.). - 3 years of experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting. - Experience with Data/SQL and web technologies. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or Applied Science, or a related field. - 5 years of experience in operations management focusing on process improvement, operational reviews, and optimizing workflows.
