How will you make an impact in this role?

• Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced inbound call environment with a strong Customer First mindset
• Understand Card Member needs and provide personalized solutions while promoting card benefits
• Add value through relevant product recommendations to enhance engagement and loyalty
• Handle account and service queries (statements, payments, rewards, card replacement, etc.)
• Achieve performance metrics related to quality, productivity, compliance, and sales

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree (within 5 years of completion)
• No prior Government Apprenticeship experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused, resilient, and adaptable in a high-volume environment
• High integrity with ability to handle sensitive customer information
