Role Overview: As an Apprentice Marketing Operational Assistant, you will have the opportunity to support the growth of the company by contributing to various tasks within the Global Marketing Operations department. You will work closely with Product Managers and be involved in a wide range of activities to meet local needs, analyze sales data, study market competition, assist in seminar coordination, and liaise with various service providers. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to local needs effectively - Conduct detailed analysis of sales data (sell-in and sell-out) using Excel tools - Perform market research on competitors - Assist in organizing seminars, including preparing PowerPoint presentations and managing logistics - Communicate with different service providers such as agencies, studios, and POS suppliers Qualifications Required: - Completed higher education in a Business School at Master's level or MBA - Strong interest in the dermo-cosmetic industry - Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Fluent in English - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated - Strong analytical skills and ability to make proactive suggestions - Team player with a proactive attitude towards work If you are enthusiastic about joining a dynamic team in a growing company and possess the required qualifications and skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
