Role & responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to build high-quality products Handle technical support calls (via phone, email, or ticketing system) and provide timely resolutions Debug and troubleshoot software issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks Maintain documentation and knowledge base for common tech issues Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes Ensure the quality and responsiveness of applications across platforms and devices Train and assist junior developers if required Preferred candidate profile Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js Experience with RESTful APIs , Git, and deployment tools Familiarity with Linux servers, basic DevOps, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) is a plus Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills(Tamil/English) to handle client queries and support calls Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
