Applied Data Scientist

Working closely with senior research scientists and a collaborative team, you will contribute to impactful data science projects and innovative solutions in a dynamic environment that fosters creativity and growth. **Role & Responsibilities:** - Develop and deploy machine learning models at scale to address challenges in programmatic advertising such as user response prediction, bid landscape forecasting, and fraud detection. - Perform exploratory data analysis, apply statistical techniques to derive insights, and support decision-making processes. - Create and maintain data pipelines to ensure efficient processing and integration of large-scale data for model training and evaluation. - Collaborate with senior data scientists and cross-functional teams to integrate models into production systems and applications. - Assist in establishing best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and performance assessment. - Keep updated on recent developments in machine learning and data science, applying relevant techniques to solve complex problems and enhance the platform. - Contribute to exploring and adopting new methodologies and technologies to advance data science capabilities. **Skills & Experience:** - Minimum of six years of experience in data science with practical exposure to machine learning, statistical analysis, and data modeling. - Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related technical field; a Master's degree is a plus. - Proficiency in programming languages like Rust, C++, Java, and Scala, along with large-scale data processing systems is preferred. - Familiarity with RTB, auction theory, and high-throughput low-latency environments is advantageous. - Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, and clustering. Experience with Python and libraries like Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch. - Proficiency in Python and SQL, familiarity with Spark, and experience with TensorFlow/PyTorch and Scikit-Learn libraries. - Solid grasp of probability, statistics, and data analysis. - Ability to effectively collaborate within a team, with excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts to various stakeholders.
