Applications Support Analyst with Python/Java

Responsibilities: - Provide technical and business support for users of Citi applications - Collaborate with internal technology groups and vendors to address user queries and issues - Participate in disaster recovery testing and application releases - Analyze applications for risks, vulnerabilities, and security issues - Develop and maintain technical support documentation - Prioritize bug fixes and support tooling requirements in cooperation with Development colleagues - Contribute to Support Project initiatives focusing on stability, efficiency, and effectiveness - Exercise independence of judgement and autonomy while acting as a subject matter expert for senior stakeholders and team members - Assess risks in business decisions with a focus on compliance and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets Qualifications: - 4-8 years of experience - Minimum 2 years of Java/AngularJS development experience - Basic design and programming skills in Python, Java, and JEE technologies - Hands-on experience with frameworks such as AngularJS, jQuery, and Express/Node.js - Familiarity with UNIX, SQL, and scripting - Basic understanding of financial markets, products, and problem management tools - Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills - Ability to plan, organize workload, and communicate effectively with stakeholders - Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience in BTECH/BE Join us at Citi to be part of a dynamic team where your contributions make a real impact.
