Responsibilities: - Provide technical and business support for users of Citi applications. - Collaborate with internal technology groups and vendors to address user/trader issues. - Participate in disaster recovery testing and application releases. - Analyze applications for risks, vulnerabilities, and security issues. - Develop and maintain technical support documentation. - Prioritize bug fixes and support tooling requirements in cooperation with Development colleagues. - Contribute to Support Project initiatives for Stability, Efficiency, and Effectiveness. - Exercise autonomy and independent judgment, acting as a subject matter expert for senior stakeholders and team members. - Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies while safeguarding Citigroup's reputation and assets. Qualifications: - 4-8 years of experience - Minimum 2 years of Java/AngularJS development experience - Proficiency in Python, Java, JEE technologies, AngularJS, jQuery, Express/Node.js - Hands-on experience with UNIX, SQL, Scripting - Basic understanding of financial markets, products, and problem management tools - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to plan, organize workload, and communicate effectively with stakeholders - Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience in BTECH/BE Citi is committed to providing equal employment opportunities and fostering an inclusive work environment.
