Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

SummaryAs an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. You will engage in resolving client issues and ensuring system functionality.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Ensure effective communication with clients to understand and resolve issues.

Analyze system or application problems and provide timely solutions.

Document and maintain records of client issues and resolutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have
Skills:

Proficiency in Wireless Technologies Operations.

Strong troubleshooting skills in wireless technologies.

Experience in network configuration and optimization.

Knowledge of security protocols and encryption methods.

Familiarity with network monitoring tools.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Wireless Technologies Operations.

This position is based at our Indore office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
