Must have skills : SUSE Linux Administration Good to have skills : Microsoft Azure Architecture, AWS Administration, Google Cloud Compute Services Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. You will accurately define a client issue and interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Provide timely and effective technical support to clients. Troubleshoot and resolve system or application issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance. Document and maintain technical procedures and user guides. Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SUSE Linux Administration. Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Architecture, AWS Administration, Google Cloud Compute Services. Strong understanding of system administration and maintenance. Knowledge of scripting languages like Bash or Python. Experience in troubleshooting network and security issues. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SUSE Linux Administration. This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
