Project Role : Application Tech Support Practitioner Project Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Must have skills : Nutanix Administration Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Nutanix Administrator with experience in Hyper converged infrastructure. The position will primarily be responsible to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient operation, scalability, and availability of virtualized environments.Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 4 years of Information Technology experience. Should have good understanding on core Nutanix concepts, such as hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) and the various Nutanix cloud solution packages Creating and managing VMs on Nutanix cluster and to protect the VMs and to migrate workloads to a Nutanix environment. Nutanix cluster maintenance activities – such as starting and stopping nodes and clusters and to manage and upgrade licenses and installed software. Hands on experience on implementing Converged Infrastructure & Nutanix Hyperconverged infrastructures in data centers. Demonstrated working experience with Nutanix Administration (including Prism Element and Prism Central). Hands on experience in AHV, ESXi, Metro Availability & Hyper-V hypervisors. Monitor overall/hardware health of compute platform consisting of Hyperconverged infrastructure (Nutanix.) Significant prior experience performing Design, deploy, and manage Nutanix clusters Install, update, and patch AOS. Drive regular operations and maintenance of IT infrastructure. Coordinate with vendor(s) for upgrade or refresh where the actual upgrade/refresh work will be performed by respective vendor(s). Working experience with AFS Management and monitoring. Optimize and troubleshoot virtual infrastructure. Nutanix Certified Professional – Multi cloud Infrastructure (NCP-MCI) certified Preferred Qualifications Planning and Co-ordination skills. Good Communication and Analytical skills. Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. Passion to learn new technologies & gaining skills required for performing job duties successfully. Qualifications 15 years full time education
