Must have skills : Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Administration Good to have skills : DevOps, No Function Specialty Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. You will be dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. With your deep product knowledge, you will accurately define client issues and interpret and design resolutions. Your typical day will involve providing ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their technical issues and ensuring their satisfaction. Troubleshoot and resolve system or application-related problems. Collaborate with the team to discuss and analyze issues, and actively contribute to finding solutions. Stay updated with the latest product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and effective support. Design and implement resolutions based on a deep understanding of the system or application. Assist in the testing and deployment of system updates and enhancements. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Administration. Good To Have Skills: Experience with DevOps. Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure administration, specifically Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Experience in managing and maintaining cloud-based systems and applications. Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices, and experience with relevant tools and technologies. Familiarity with system monitoring and troubleshooting tools. Ability to analyze and interpret system logs and performance metrics. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Administration. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full-time education is required. Qualifications 15 years full time education
