Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Provide timely and effective technical support to clients.- Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint protection software issues.- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance system performance.- Document and maintain technical support procedures.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Endpoint Protection.- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles.- Experience in analyzing and resolving software issues.- Knowledge of network security protocols.- Familiarity with endpoint security solutions. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Endpoint Protection.- This position is based at our Gurugram office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
