Job Description

Application Support Engineer ERP & Integrations

Experience: 2 to 4 years

Location: Onsite Full time

Responsibilities

Provide L1/L2 production support for ERP and integration platforms for US clients.
Monitor application health and alerts and respond to incidents within SLA.
Follow and improve runbooks; escalate clearly to senior engineers.
Suggest and help build automation for repetitive support tasks.

Requirements

2+ years in production or application support with incident management (P1/P2).
SQL (SQL Server or MySQL).
Experience with monitoring/alerting and ticketing tools (e.g. Grafana, Splunk, Jira, ServiceNow).
Basic Python or shell scripting.
Good written English; open to rotational shifts including nights and weekends.

Good to have

ERP exposure (Blue Cherry or other fashion/retail ERP), EDI basics, use of AI tools in support work.
