- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead efforts to improve system performance and reliability through innovative problem-solving.- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and understanding of system operations.- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.Professional & Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Data Engineering.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Databricks, Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.- Strong knowledge of data pipeline development and maintenance.- Experience with data integration, transformation, and storage solutions.- Ability to troubleshoot complex data workflows and optimize system performance.- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and scalable architecture design.Additional Information:
