• Handling Mail and call-based data update requests from Customers.
• Troubleshoot customer application software issues and follow-ups till completion.
• Self-motivated, with a strong ability to work both independently and with a team.
• The candidate will eventually take care of release management and post-release support (this involves coordination between the Client and the development team).
• The candidate will be responsible for providing solutions to the Business
