- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead efforts to improve system reliability and optimize support processes.- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.- Strong knowledge of debugging and troubleshooting techniques within SAP environments.- Experience in analyzing system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes.- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to coordinate issue resolution.- Familiarity with database concepts and integration points in SAP HANA systems.Additional Information:
