Role Overview: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure seamless operations. Key Responsibilities: - Expected to be a subject matter expert (SME). - Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. - Take responsibility for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure effective communication within the team. - Implement best practices for system maintenance. - Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance. Qualification Required: - Proficiency in Workday Adaptive Integrations. - Strong understanding of system integrations. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. - Knowledge of system maintenance best practices. - Hands-on experience in conducting system audits.
