You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the applications and infrastructure. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the improvement of system performance and stability. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to applications and infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve issues within critical business systems. Contribute to the improvement of system performance and stability. Provide support and guidance to end-users, ensuring their technical issues are resolved in a timely manner. Document and maintain knowledge base articles for future reference and training purposes. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure. Good To Have Skills:Experience with AWS Administration, Docker Kubernetes Administration. Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and infrastructure components. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to cloud infrastructure. Knowledge of virtualization technologies and containerization. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Understanding of networking concepts and protocols. Ability to write scripts and automate tasks using scripting languages like Python or PowerShell. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
