Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex software problems, ensuring the smooth operation of essential applications and systems. You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of business processes while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Develop and implement best practices for application support and maintenance. Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, Architectural Design.- Strong understanding of database management and optimization techniques.- Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting SQL queries.- Familiarity with backup and recovery strategies for SQL databases.- Knowledge of integration techniques with other applications and systems.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
