Project Role :Application Support Engineer

Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary:Job responsibility - Candidate should be skilled in SAP ABAP Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom applications and enhancements within our SAP S/4HANA environment. This role focuses on adhering to the SAP "Clean Core" principles, ensuring all custom solutions are upgrade-stable, cloud-ready, and align with SAP best practices.Key Responsibilities:Code Wrapping:Develop "wrapper" objects (e.g., custom function modules, BAPIs, or RAP objects) to encapsulate custom logic or access to non-released APIs, exposing them through stable, public interfaces for other applications or BTP services to consume.Clean Core" Transformation:Analyze and refactor existing legacy/custom ABAP code to ensure compliance with the "clean core" principles. This includes replacing direct table access with released SAP APIs/CDS views and using the recommended 3-tier extensibility model.
