Application Processing Executive

We are a leading documentation company, currently looking to hire two (2) Data Entry Executives for our back-office operations in Trivandrum, Kerala.

The primary responsibility of the role is to accurately enter and process applications for employees in various systems, particularly Immigration and Labour portals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and process employee applications in immigration and labour portals
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entered.
• Maintain and update records as required.
• Communicate with team to ensure timely submission and follow-ups.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure accuracy.

Requirements:

• Prior experience with labour and immigration systems (preferred but not mandatory – training will be provided).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in using computers and basic office software.
• Good typing speed and data entry skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Arabic typing is an added advantage. (not mandatory - training will be provided

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
