Application Lead

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design solutions that meet customer needs.
  
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices architecture using Node.js, React.js, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS.
  
• Develop full stack applications using modern technologies such as Microservices and Cloud Computing.
  
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.
  
• Ensure high availability, scalability, security, and performance of the application by implementing best practices in software development.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-12 years of experience in IT industry with expertise in Full Stack Development (Node.js + React.js).
  
• Strong understanding of containerization using Docker & Kubernetes on cloud platforms like AWS.
  
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools.
  
• Proficiency in building complex systems from scratch with strong problem-solving skills.
