Summary:
As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project goals are met, guiding the development process, and addressing any challenges that arise. You will also engage in strategic discussions to align the application development with business objectives, ensuring that the solutions provided are effective and efficient. Your role will require you to stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation within the team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Node.js.- Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Experience with back-end frameworks and databases.- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.- Ability to implement best practices in software development and design patterns.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A BE is required.
