Project Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
Must have skills :Spring Boot

Good to have skills :Java Enterprise Edition, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microservices and Light Weight ArchitectureMinimum

Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding your team through the development process. You will also engage in strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that the applications developed meet both user needs and technical requirements. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving among team members.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge.- Facilitate regular team meetings to track progress and address any roadblocks. Skills:

Experience with Microservices and Light Weight Architecture, Java Enterprise Edition, Amazon Web Services (AWS).- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.- Experience with database management systems, particularly relational databases.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.-Must Have 8+ years of experience -Responsible for designing & implementing microservices based solutions and strategy.-Should be able to suggest optimal solutions to the client teams and actively participate in the solution evaluation.-Strong experience of application development with Spring framework. (Spring Boot Web/Security/JPA).-Experience in Java (Java 8) and above development.-Experience in working with build tools like Maven, Gitlab.-Experience in REST web service development using Spring.-Experience with Postgres SQL will be a value add.-Should be able to lead and guide the team on developing solutions.-Hands on experience with RDBMS and PostgreSQL databases.-Good to have Life Insurance domain experience.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot.- This position is based in Hyderabad.- A 15 years full time education is required.- Need to work on Shift B(12:30pm till 10:00pm)Qualification
