We need SAP GEF resources:1.Good Understanding of SAP GEF Integration with SAP PM and LAM/CU related functionalities. Knowledge of integrating GEF with ESRI GIS & GE Small world applications for using the Base map/Layers/2.Knowledge about Advance Features of SAP GEF 3.Need to provide Doable time bound standard or Custom Solution in GEF interacting with Business leads 4.Structuring of technical objects, setting up Required GEF layers/Lasso Functionality , configuration and conversion of SAP Geospatial Data base Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project goals are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding your team through the development process. You will also engage in strategic planning to align application functionalities with business needs, ensuring that the solutions provided are effective and efficient. Roles & Responsibilities:1.To Lead team with Techno functional Excellence about Estimation of Business process with having deep knowledge of Configurations and Customization in SI/AMS engagements Covering Geospatial related aspects. 2.Lead , Manage , Encourage Team to achieve aggressive goals (SAP GEF+ EAM + Development team)3.Lead team with example for Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. 4.Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops / meetings with internal and external clients. 5.Identify developments and write functional specifications.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Familiarity with data visualization and mapping tools.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
 Qualification 15 years full time education
