Project Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications.

Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related matters.

Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.

Oversee the entire application development process.

Manage and coordinate resources to deliver high-quality solutions. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations, Workday Studio, and Workday Extend.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Workday Related Certifications.

Strong understanding of Workday Studio and Extend development for customizing Workday solutions.

Experience with integrating Workday Core Integrations into applications.

Hands-on experience with Workday Studio and Extend development tools.

Solid grasp of data munging techniques for data quality and integrity. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
