About The Role

Project Role :Application Lead

Project Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
Must have skills :SAP FI CO Finance

Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications are aligned with business objectives and user needs, while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Analyse and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies.

Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements.

Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Would have strong knowledge in SAP FI-MM integration.

Would have strong Automatic payment program knowledge.

Would have strong knowledge in interfaces (AL11, Idocs, XML).

Would have strong knowledge in MM would be preferred.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Willingness to learn, Positive attitude, Conflict resolution

Work in shift rotation 24/7 and handle on-call support

leading the team, managing incidents and change requests, ensuring timely issue resolution, and providing guidance to team members.

Must Have
Skills:

Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.

Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting.

Experience with application design and configuration.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

Familiarity with project management methodologies.

Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.

Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.

Experience with integration of SAP modules and third-party applications.

Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Familiarity with SAP reporting tools and data analysis techniques.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
Qualification 15 years full time education
