Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications are aligned with business needs and technical specifications, while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities:1. Requirements based on their category, considering the priority is defined by the O2C PO. This means the requirements that have a higher priority are those which are CGM related (already worked by another specific project team), then the legal, tax or compliance requirements, and finally, any business critical ( business continuity). 2. Take into consideration, we have the instruction to limit the quantity of developments on xDC considering in the near future DC will be moved to Aspire.3. In the same way, the BRM should distinguish between what are new requirements and what are issues to be solved by the run team4. Support the Run Team, in the resolution of some complex issues that require additional analysis, and development efforts5. The BRM should define and design the solution for those initiatives that are prioritized. That initial solution design, in case it is not fully automated, should be clearly communicated to the business area, and agreed with the development team in order to confirm the technical feasibility. 6. Once the solution design specifications are defined, the BRM should require the development team to specify implementation timeline.7. The BRM should be the communication channel between the IT implementation team and the business area, avoiding the possibility of changing the scope, and guarantee the requirements are fulfilled in terms of functionality and timelines.8. The BRM is a facilitator that should help and provide collaboration in the resolution of the requirements and issues, and should track them until they are closed. Professional & Technical

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).- Strong understanding of application design and development methodologies.- Experience with integration of SAP SD with other SAP modules.- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5-8 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
