About The Role

Project Role :Application Lead

Project Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications are optimized for performance and usability, while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables. Roles & Responsibilities:- Managing the entire implementation lifecycle of SAP SPP/eSPP, from initial requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.

Customer Interaction:- Engaging with business stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into system requirements, and configure SAP eSPP to meet those requirements.

Configuring SAP eSPP modules, including inventory planning, forecasting, and DRP, to optimize service parts planning and distribution. Integration:- Ensuring seamless integration of eSPP with other SAP modules like ECC (ERP Central Component) and potentially with SAP EWM - Conducting system testing, creating training materials, and delivering training to end-users on how to use the eSPP system.

Providing ongoing support to users, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring the system runs smoothly. Professional & Technical
Skills:

- SAP SPP/eSPP:Deep understanding of the SAP Service Parts Planning (SPP) and extended Service Parts Planning (eSPP) modules.

SAP S/4HANA:Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, including its architecture and key modules.

Inventory Management:Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.

Forecasting and Demand Planning:Understanding of forecasting techniques and their application in service parts planning.

Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP):Expertise in DRP and its role in optimizing the flow of service parts within a supply chain.

ABAP (Optional):Knowledge of ABAP programming for customizing and extending SAP solutions is sometimes required.

Other SAP Modules:Basic understanding of other relevant modules like SD (Sales and Distribution), MM (Materials Management), and PP (Production Planning) is often helpful.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SCM APO Advanced Planning & Optimization.- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
