Project Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that solutions are aligned with business objectives and that all stakeholders are informed and involved in the decision-making process. Your role will require you to balance technical expertise with effective communication, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have influencing and advisory skills.- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders.- Mentor junior professionals, providing guidance and support in their development.- Continuously assess and improve application processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.- Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices.- Experience with application design and architecture.- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools related to SAP systems.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.- This position is based at our Chennai office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
