Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, overseeing project timelines, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to drive project success. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications meet user needs and are delivered on time and within budget. Your role will require a balance of technical expertise and leadership skills to guide your team effectively. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP BTP Mobile Application Development, SAP BTP Extension Suite.- Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices.- Experience with integration techniques and tools within the SAP ecosystem.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
