Must have skills : SAP Basis Administration Good to have skills : SAP HANA DB Administration, Amazon Web Services (AWS)Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and ensuring seamless communication among team members and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities:Manage and monitor progress of software releases from inception to delivery.Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful releases.Develop and implement release strategies and schedules.Identify and manage risks that may affect release scope, schedule, and quality.Plan the release of project deliverables and release-related activities.Lead and coordinate Go-Live activities, including the execution of deployment plans and checklists.Implement and manage release processes for code through development, test, and production environments.Negotiate, plan, and manage all release activities.Conduct release readiness reviews, milestone reviews, and business go/no-go reviews.Produce deployment run books and implementation plans.Maintain a release repository and manage key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists. Professional & Technical Skills: SAP Basis:Strong understanding of SAP Basis administration and operations.SAP Solution Manager:Proficiency in using SAP Solution Manager for managing and monitoring SAP environments.Release Management:Extensive experience in release management processes, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating releases.Project Management:Ability to oversee the entire release process, from planning to deployment, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.Risk Management:Skills to identify potential risks in the release process and develop contingency plans.Communication:Excellent communication skills to coordinate with various teams and stakeholders. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration- This position is based at our Pune office- A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
