Project Role: Application Lead Project Role Description: As an Application Lead , you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the project. You will oversee the application development process, ensuring that the project is delivered successfully, on time, and within scope. Your role will involve managing the team, making key decisions, and providing solutions to issues that arise within the team and across other teams. Key Responsibilities: Subject Matter Expert (SME): Act as the primary point of contact and lead the application development process. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Collaborate with and manage the team to ensure successful project delivery. Decision Making: Responsible for team decisions and contributing to key decisions across multiple teams. Problem Solving: Provide solutions to problems that affect both your team and other cross-functional teams. Application Development: Lead the design, build, and configuration of applications to meet business requirements. Project Delivery: Ensure that projects are completed on time and meet all required deliverables. Team Support & Guidance: Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills: Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC) . Strong understanding of SAP security concepts . Experience in implementing SAP GRC solutions . In-depth knowledge of SAP authorization concepts . Hands-on experience in SAP security administration . Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC) . Educational Qualification: 15 years of full-time education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Computer Science, IT, or Engineering). Location: This position is based at our Noida office .
