Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : SAP PO/PI & APIs Development Good to have skills : NAMinimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and ensuring seamless communication within the team and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Design and architect SAP Interface Solutions using SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI/CI, and SAP backend integration/API.- Utilize various adapters such as SuccessFactors, Cloud connectors, HTTP, Mail, ODATA, SFTP, File, IDOC, RFC, JMS, SOAP, Proxy, EDI, JDBC, BAPI, etc., for both outbound and inbound data exchange.- Analyze functional requirements and provide technical design solutions for SAP PI/PO & CI integration objects.- Configure SAP PI/PO components including Integration Builder, Integration Directory, Runtime Workbench, etc.- Develop custom Java mappings, adapters, and user-defined functions.- Perform unit and integration testing of interfaces to ensure they meet functional requirements.- Troubleshoot errors in interfaces and provide support during go-live and Hypercare phases.- Implement end-to-end API solutions.- Design and implement complex integration scenarios, utilizing various integration patterns and protocols.- Understand business processes and translate them into integration requirements.- Manage APIs, data mapping, transformation, and message routing. Professional & Technical Skills: - Knowledge of SAP interface development and basic programming skills in ABAP and/or JAVA.- Familiarity with other Middleware products/applications (IBM MQ, IR 360, IBM APIC, Postman, SOAPUI, Backstage (API catalogue)).- Understanding of Integration cell & SAP Event Mesh.- SAP certifications in PI/PO, CPI are an added advantage.- Experience integrating with SAP Finance S4 Hana system.- Experience in building Groovy scripts and XSLTs.- Collaborate closely with technical and functional teams to ensure successful implementation of SAP PI/PO/CI integrations for various company codes and markets.- Willingness to take responsibility and make decisions.- Proven experience in designing and implementing integration solutions.- Ability to develop technical documentation.- Willingness to travel as needed. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP PO/PI & APIs Development- This position is based at our Bengaluru office- A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
