Your typical day will involve leading the effort to develop and deploy applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Java Enterprise Edition, acting as the primary point of contact. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Develop and deploy applications using Java Enterprise Edition, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring their professional growth and development. Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including project managers, business analysts, and other team members. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Linux and MySQL. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Experience with web application development frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate. Solid grasp of database design and development, including SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience with version control systems such as Git and SVN. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
