Must have skills : Infrastructure As Code (IaC) Good to have skills : Microsoft Azure Architecture, Google Cloud Platform Administration Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications are not only functional but also optimized for performance and scalability. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies to effectively manage the application lifecycle and deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME. Collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives. Strong leadership of a team of cloud engineers in India, building and growing the team and interfacing with adjacent teams in India and abroad Operate and monitor GCP and Azure cloud platforms from an automation, availability, security and performance aspect Provide support to cloud platform users in the Product IT teams Process requests / Jira tickets handed in by Product IT teams Drive automation of operations of the cloud platform in collaboration with other cloud platform teams Work closely with Information Security, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Platform Engineering, and Emergency Response teams Advise the different Product IT teams within DBG with deep technical know-how in their efforts of securing cloud workloads Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure As Code (IaC). Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Architecture, Google Cloud Platform Administration. Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure management. Experience with automation tools and frameworks. Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines. At least five years' experience in a management capacity incl. team lead capability 3 years experience in complex IT Operations and IT service management 5 years work experience in cloud computing with experience regarding GCP and Azure 3 years work experience in the area of information security concepts and tools, container technologies, Infrastructure-as-Code, and scripting Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Infrastructure As Code (IaC). This position is based at our Hyderabad office. A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
