You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Your typical day will involve overseeing the application development process, managing the team, and engaging with stakeholders to provide effective solutions. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications.- Act as the primary point of contact for project-related queries.- Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined timelines.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM).- Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.- Experience in leading application development projects.- Knowledge of SAP modules and integration with other systems.- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP S/4HANA.- Recommendation:Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).- This position is based at our Gurugram office.- A 15 years of fulltime education is required.
