Position OverviewWe are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our global headless e-commerce platform serving direct-to-consumer sales for home appliances across multiple websites.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and maintain the reliability of our global headless e-commerce platformImplement and manage observability solutions for performance monitoringDesign and execute disaster recovery and business continuity plansOptimize platform performance and scalability for global D2C operationsCollaborate with development teams to improve system reliability and deployment practicesManage incident response and post-mortem analysis processesRequired Experience4+ years of experience in SRE, platform engineering, or similar rolesExtensive experience with AWS cloud services and architectureBackground in e-commerce platforms, preferably headless architectureExperience managing global, high-availability systemsProven track record in incident management and system reliabilityRequired CapabilitiesCloud Expertise:Advanced AWS knowledge (EC2, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.)Platform Management:Experience with headless e-commerce architecturesMonitoring & Observability:Proficiency with monitoring tools and alerting systemsAutomation:Infrastructure automation and self-healing system designPerformance Optimization:Ability to optimize for global scale and performanceCommunication:Strong incident communication and documentation skills Qualification 15 years full time education
