Project Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
Must have skills :Microsoft Azure PaaS

Good to have skills :.Net Full Stack Development

Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs and quality standards. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions and provide guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth.

Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS.

Good To Have
Skills:

Experience with .Net Full Stack Development.

Strong understanding of cloud architecture and deployment strategies.

Experience in application lifecycle management and DevOps practices.

Familiarity with API development and integration techniques.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
