About The Role
Project Role :Application Lead
Project Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
Must have skills :Java Full Stack Development, Node.js

Educational Qualification :BE/MCAAny Cloud Architect Certifications is an added advantage.
Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, overseeing project timelines, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions, ensuring that the applications meet the highest standards of quality and performance while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and creativity. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth. Professional & Technical
Skills:

Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Node.js.- Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Experience with back-end frameworks and databases.- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.- Ability to work with version control systems like Git.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A BE/MCA is required. Qualification BE/MCAAny Cloud Architect Certifications is an added advantage.
