Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and ensuring successful implementation. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Lead the design and development of applications.- Act as the primary point of contact for application-related queries.- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
