You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of applications and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the application lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities:- Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of business needs.- Design innovative and efficient solutions that meet the requirements and align with industry best practices.- Oversee the development process, ensuring adherence to coding standards, quality guidelines, and project timelines.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the application lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in application development, recommending and implementing relevant technologies and tools. Professional & Technical Skills: - - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).- - Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices.- - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP RE-FX modules.- - Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.- - Familiarity with SAP ABAP programming language and debugging techniques. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).- This position is based at our Kolkata office.- A 15 years of education is required.
