Job Description

Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5 Good to have skills : No Function Specialty Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Minimum 15 years of regular Education preferably BTECH or BE Roles & Responsibilities:1.Responsible for providing technical and administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of project.2.Deploying and managing resources for support & provide the status on periodical basis.3.Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to 3DExperience Netvibes / Data Science Experience apps & Dashboard Intelligence apps.4.Adhere to given SLA (Service Level Agreement) and keep customer satisfaction index high.5.Provide support to end users with references to incidents, issues & queries related to client specific methodology and process. Professional & Technical Skills:1.Experience on 3DEXPERIENCE 2021x or above in creating views (chart/table/graph/other) using indexed data.2.Experience in troubleshooting and supporting 3DExperience Netvibes / Data Science Experience apps & Dashboard intelligence apps (Feed reader, metrics reader, social analytics)3.Familiarity with ITIL processes and practices.4.Having platform and support experience in other DS products like Enovia/CATIA/DELMIA are added advantage.5.Excellent written & communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.6.Analyzing and sharing details/solution to technical/functional issue.7.Strong problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for details.8.Collaborate with project team members to identify and resolve issues. Additional Information:-The candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in supporting 3DExperience apps. Should be flexible in working in shifts on rotation basis. This position is based at our Chennai office. A BE or BTech degree is required. Qualifications Minimum 15 years of regular Education preferably BTECH or BE
