You will oversee the development process and ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Lead the application development team in designing, building, and configuring applications.- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.- Experience with front-end and back-end technologies.- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing scalable applications.- Knowledge of cloud technologies and deployment strategies. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
