You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related matters. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs. Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. Ensure the successful implementation of applications within the specified timeline and budget. Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the application development process. Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress. Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS, Web Application Development, ASP.NET MVC. - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architecture. - Experience in designing and developing scalable and secure applications on Microsoft Azure. - Knowledge of Azure services such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Storage. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment. - Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS. - This position is based in Coimbatore. - A degree in any graduation is required.
