Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : Workday Studio Good to have skills : NAMinimum 2 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Workday Certification in the primary skill will be preferred Summary :As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions, providing insights and solutions to enhance application functionality and user experience. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in application development, ensuring that your team adheres to high standards of quality and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio.- Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices.- Experience with integration tools and methodologies.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.- Familiarity with agile development methodologies. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Workday Studio.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A Workday Certification in the primary skill will be preferred. Qualification Workday Certification in the primary skill will be preferred
