Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : TIBCO BusinessWorks Good to have skills : NA Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Minimum 15 years of education Summary :As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using TIBCO BusinessWorks. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to deliver high-quality solutions, acting as the primary point of contact for the project team. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using TIBCO BusinessWorks, ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered on time and within budget. Act as the primary point of contact for the project team, providing guidance and support to ensure project success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, ensuring that project goals are met. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks. Good To Have Skills:Experience with TIBCO EMS, TIBCO Administrator, and TIBCO Hawk. Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks. The JOB FAMILY and PROJECT ROLE information are not for candidate's experience.
