Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : SAP ABAP Development for HANA Good to have skills : NAMinimum 15 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the development process and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Lead the team in the design and development of SAP ABAP applications.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.- Strong understanding of SAP HANA database concepts.- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP ABAP code.- Hands-on experience in developing and implementing SAP Fiori applications.- Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform integration services. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
